Happy New Year!

I am ready! Don't forget your blackeyed peas for luck!

Here's my recipe, my only change over the years is that I use diced and sauteed pancetta instead of a ham hock.

  1. Black-eyed peas for luck? My Japanese friend serves sweetened black adzuki beans on New Year’s Day for luck! Mall the best in 2015 to you.

  2. LOL…”mall the best”, if there were a while shopping mall of knitting shops! ALL the best….

  3. Great recipe! Yum! I made one up after tasting a friend’s version. Next year, I’ll add the celery and peppers.

    Happy New Year!
