Weird

I’m sitting at the airport, on my way to a 7 day, 60-hour-plus medical meeting in Boston. What I’m most excited about is 60-hours-plus of KNITTING time. Weird, I know. That’s been suggested before by my spouse. I spent more time packing knitting projects than anything else, which might explain why I forgot my Prilosec prescription and extra contacts.

  1. I see absolutely nothing wrong with your packing process……however, forgetting one’s spare eyes and one’s tummy medicine could have reprocussions……stay warm!

  2. I am sure that you’ll figure out a way to have the contacts overnighted to you. The Prilosec is probably not that much of a problem for you.

    Stay warm!

    Happy knitting.

  3. That is PRECISELY the way I used to feel before the two-day tax conference I used to go to every year. Tragic, really, that it was only 16 hours.

  4. Digestion? Vision? Not even close to the absolute importance of knitting. No contest. Enjoy your lovely new green sweater and have fun in Boston!

    🙂

  5. That is exactly how I feel about conferences. It’s even better if the conference is good. Knitting helps focus on what the speaker is saying, rather than some annoying person’s silly hat of the like.

  6. Beautiful purple yarn. What is it, and what is it making? And time to knit it while being paid for working. Wow, that’s heaven.
