We have a relatively early flight in the morning, so we’re staying near the airport tonight. It’s been a great trip, but it’s time to get home to the pups and kitties. See you on the flip side. Yarn contest in the next post!

  1. that castle is amazing. Is that where you and John stayed for a night?
ahh… and I am glad to see that you are saying goodbye to Ireland in style with a Guiness.
Fly safe – You’re heading back to fabulous weather and glorious fall color here ;-D

  2. I want to thank you for taking the time to blog your trip, en route, as it were. I enjoyed ‘following’ your excursions. Lovely sweater in the castle picture, btw! Have a safe flight.

  3. As everyone else says it is nice to get home to your own bed and everything else familiar. Sounds like you had a wonderful trip. I am going to start working on plans for our trip next year. Want to go to Germany, Italy, Spain and if we figure it in Ireland as well. Take care and do hope your flight home is a safe and not too stressful trip.

  4. Oh, I have really missed so much! First, happy belated birthday! Second, the pictures are wonderful. Living vicariously through the two of you! Will have to spend quality time getting caught up with the new blog!

  5. I think Kylemoore Abbey was my favorite place in Ireland. I almost half-considered taking orders, just to be able to live there!

  6. I had switched over right after you said. I will say the comment link is looking ‘funny’ for somereason so hope this works.

(it DIDN’T work so I pasted this comment on the post below!! The name, email, website wasn’t there and all the comments were skewed over to the right….this post it looked fine!)
