Here’s where we were yesterday.
Here’s where we are tonight.
We have a relatively early flight in the morning, so we’re staying near the airport tonight. It’s been a great trip, but it’s time to get home to the pups and kitties. See you on the flip side. Yarn contest in the next post!
that castle is amazing. Is that where you and John stayed for a night?
ahh… and I am glad to see that you are saying goodbye to Ireland in style with a Guiness.
Fly safe – You’re heading back to fabulous weather and glorious fall color here ;-D
It’s always lovely to come home after being away now matter how enjoyable the trip was. Safe flight.
Bye, Ireland! It’s been fun virtually traveling with you. :o)
Kylemore Abbey – my mostest favorite spot in Ireland!! Have a nice trip and welcome home.
Wait, I thought you were going to buy that castle…
Lorette, it looks like you two had an amazing trip! I’ve really enjoyed your pictures and stories. :o)
The castle is magnificent. I’m with you in the bar, knitting, flashing fingers, Guiness at the ready.
I want to thank you for taking the time to blog your trip, en route, as it were. I enjoyed ‘following’ your excursions. Lovely sweater in the castle picture, btw! Have a safe flight.
As everyone else says it is nice to get home to your own bed and everything else familiar. Sounds like you had a wonderful trip. I am going to start working on plans for our trip next year. Want to go to Germany, Italy, Spain and if we figure it in Ireland as well. Take care and do hope your flight home is a safe and not too stressful trip.
I’ve enjoyed your travelogue. Be sure to tell us about the great sweater you’re wearing.
Wow, what a fun time you must of had. I’ve sure enjoyed the pictures.
Oh, I have really missed so much! First, happy belated birthday! Second, the pictures are wonderful. Living vicariously through the two of you! Will have to spend quality time getting caught up with the new blog!
Fabulous! How much fun it is to see these picts. Thanks for sharing. Love that yarn.
I think Kylemoore Abbey was my favorite place in Ireland. I almost half-considered taking orders, just to be able to live there!
I had switched over right after you said. I will say the comment link is looking ‘funny’ for somereason so hope this works.
ANY mountain pass in Colorado!
(it DIDN’T work so I pasted this comment on the post below!! The name, email, website wasn’t there and all the comments were skewed over to the right….this post it looked fine!)
wow, that castle! (and i totally would have bought that sweater too.)
