Milestone

So this happened yesterday.

Remember when you were a teenager, and life was creeping along so slowly that you never thought you’d get to adulthood? Savor that, children. You’ll get to a point where the years are whizzing by in a blur, and you will just want to pull the emergency stop cord to slow things down a bit.

I’m going to knit for the rest of the day. I have a lot of stash to get through before I die. I have a lot of everything to get through before I die.

  1. This is definitely a milestone. Congratulations! My husband is counting the days until he hits it because it will mean he no longer has to work for the health insurance. And yea, it’s amazing how quickly time seems to pass these days.

  2. Happy Birthday Month! 🎉🎂🎈 I have a lot of stuff to go through before I die too. Congratulations on the milestone too – it sure beats the alternative!

  3. Tim is getting it all this year – I got mine last year. But since I had a health savings acct at work, I wasn’t eligible. So now we have to work through the MOUNTAIN of choices and figure out what we both need to do. I am not looking forward to it …

  4. Happy birthday! Getting older has a few drawback — aches and pains, anyone? But it is cer!tainly better than the alternative

  5. I am there also. Just a month behind you. Looking forward to Medicare. I also have a lot of stash to get through or my kids will be furious with me.
